Seven.ScenesProperty (hereinafter “SSP”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information in the IT society, complies with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, and strives to protect personal information based on the following policy.

■Acquisition, use, and provision of personal information

Personal information will be acquired by appropriate means, and the purpose of use will be announced, notified, clearly stated, and such information will not be handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use without the consent of the individual.

■The purpose of use of personal information in SSP

SSP states the purpose of using personal information as follows.

• For performing a contract and providing information/services in connection with the business operations such as real estate sales, leasing, brokerage/agency, management, accommodation services and accommodation management and brokerage, housing and living services, insurance and real estate consulting, etc.

• Ebisu Land and Building Co., Ltd. prepares sales contracts and lease contracts for real estate based on the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act and SSP manages personal information together with the company’s privacy policy.

• In addition, SSP will suspend provision of our information and services if requested by the customer.

■Provision of personal information to third parties

Personal information held by SSP will not be provided to third parties for which consent is not secured, except when there is a legitimate reason, such as to fulfill our contractual obligations towards the customer and when permitted by other laws and regulations.

■Entrust

SSP may entrust all or part of our business operations that handle personal information to a third party, but SSP will only disclose the necessary personal information after concluding a confidentiality agreement with such third party.

■Safety management measures

SSP will endeavor to take preventive measures against unauthorized access to, or loss, damage, falsification or leakage of personal information, and securely store personal information under strict management.

■Compliance with laws and regulations

SSP will comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information held by our company and continuously review and improve the handling of personal information within the company.
